About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and HR documentation. It is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Support the onboarding process by collecting employee documents, preparing joining kits, and assisting with induction programs.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases and HRMS accurately.
Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and employee documentation.
Help prepare HR letters, reports, and other documentation.
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility




Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
