Job Summary

Hotel Chenthur Park is looking for energetic and customer-focused Bar Waiters to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, serve beverages and food efficiently, maintain cleanliness in the bar, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Freshers with a Hotel Management qualification are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates will be given preference. The responsibilities align with common hospitality industry expectations for waiter and bar service roles.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a friendly and qualified attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per hotel standards.
Recommend beverages and promote premium products to increase sales.
Coordinate with the bar and kitchen team for timely service.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar counters, and service stations.
Ensure proper table setup before and during service.
Handle guest requests and resolve concerns politely.
Follow hygiene,



food safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar.
Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.

Requirements
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a willingness to learn.
