Role Description The Social Media Manager internship at Flowprospect is an in office role based in Sopore. In this internship, the Social Media Manager will assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with Flowprospect's brand voice and B2B focus. Daily tasks include drafting posts, monitoring engagement metrics, optimizing profiles and content for reach, and supporting social media campaigns aimed at lead generation.



The intern will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop content strategies that support client acquisition efforts and maintain consistent communication with followers and online communities.
Qualifications
Ability to manage Social Media Marketing activities and apply Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques.
Solid Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and professional online interactions.
Capacity to contribute to Content Strategy, including planning, organizing, and evaluating social content.
Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and basic analytics tools.
Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
