Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
Contact prospective customers to understand their import, export, air freight, sea freight, and logistics requirements.
Prepare and share competitive freight quotations in coordination with pricing and operations teams.
Build and maintain solid relationships with recent and existing customers to generate repeat business.
Promote the company's freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, transportation, and value-added logistics services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales activities, and prospects in the CRM system.
Coordinate with operations, customer service, and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Stay updated on market trends, freight rates,



trade lanes, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts for management review.
