Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive business growth by building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare partners. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Medical Representative or in healthcare sales, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and medical professionals.
Promote the company's healthcare services and products to potential partners.
Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to generate leads and close business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients.
Represent the company at healthcare events, seminars, and promotional activities whenever required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Medical Representative roles.
Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical industry.
Ability to travel for client meetings and field activities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Candidate:
Previous experience as a Medical Representative is highly preferred.
Existing network with doctors, hospitals, or healthcare professionals is an added advantage.
