Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Follow up on enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, Justdial, email, and other platforms.
Explain the company's testing services and convert enquiries into orders.
Follow up on quotations and pending business opportunities.
Make payment reminder calls and coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
Maintain customer records and follow-up details in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the laboratory team regarding sample status and report delivery.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve monthly tele-calling and sales targets.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in tele-calling, inside sales, customer support, or sales coordination is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English (Marathi is an advantage).
Positive computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email, WhatsApp).
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
Responsible, proactive, and interested in building a long-term career.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
