About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Architect with 6 months to 2 years of skilled experience to join our design team. The candidate will assist in architectural design, drafting, visualization, and project coordination across residential, commercial, and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams.
Conduct site visits, surveys, and document site conditions.
Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Support project execution and monitor design implementation on site.
Participate in client meetings and design discussions.

Required Skills




Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of SketchUp and rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office.
Understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
6 months to 2 years of relevant architectural experience.
Portfolio demonstrating design and technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects.
Knowledge of BIM software such as Revit is an advantage.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
