Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and equipment in residential and commercial properties.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely rectification.
Maintain LT panels, DBs, MCBs, MCCBs, cables, lighting, and power distribution systems.
Install and maintain DG sets, UPS, pumps, motors, and common area electrical systems.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply and monitor electrical equipment performance.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Read electrical drawings, layouts, and wiring diagrams for execution and repairs.
Follow electrical safety standards and comply with statutory regulations.
Coordinate with civil, MEP, and facility teams during project execution and maintenance.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and inventory of electrical materials.
Respond promptly to emergency electrical breakdowns and customer complaints.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
