Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and healthcare regulations.
Monitor housekeeping, security, biomedical waste management, and facility maintenance.
Coordinate OT, Cath Lab, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and other departments for productive operations.
Handle patient complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Monitor inventory of medical and non-medical supplies and coordinate with the purchase department.
Ensure proper staffing and coordinate duty rosters with HR.
Support quality improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Coordinate with vendors and external agencies for hospital services.
Maintain documentation, records, and operational compliance.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration (BHA), Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
MHA/MBA (Hospital Administration) is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in hospital operations is preferred.
