Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate freshers to join our recruitment team as Trainee US IT Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, basic knowledge of IT technologies, and an interest in recruitment and talent sourcing for the US market.

Roles & Responsibilities
Understand client job requirements and technical skill expectations
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up regularly
Support end-to-end recruitment activities




Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Use Boolean search techniques and web research methods for sourcing

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers are eligible to apply
B.E / B.Tech – CSE, IT, AI & ML, ECE, EEE
MCA, M.Sc Computer Science, M.Sc Data Science
Basic understanding of technologies like Java, Python, AWS, SQL
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
