Job Overview

Warehouse International Private Limited is seeking a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of post-qualification experience and possess solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audits.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting records.
Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and management dashboards.
Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.




Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies.
Identify financial risks and recommend process improvements.
Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

Required Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
Any Graduation.
1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and ERP software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in the manufacturing, trading, warehouse, or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
