About the Role

We are looking for a agile and experienced Purchase Executive with a strong background in IT Hardware procurement and vendor management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing IT hardware products, negotiating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement of IT hardware products such as desktops, laptops, servers, networking devices, storage devices, peripherals, and related accessories.
Identify and develop reliable vendors and maintain robust vendor relationships.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchases.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments for procurement requirements and approvals.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of required materials.
Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
Resolve issues related to supply, quality, delivery,



and payment coordination.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of IT hardware products and market trends.
Vendor negotiation and commercial handling skills.
Good understanding of procurement processes and purchase documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Purchase management systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Management, IT, or related field).
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Hardware purchase/procurement.
Experience in handling multiple vendors and IT hardware procurement cycles is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates based in or willing to work from Ghaziabad will be preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,867.60 - ₹60,000.00 per month
