About the Role

We are seeking a warm, composed, and presentable Guest Relation Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. In this role, you will serve as the premier ambassador of our establishment—setting a tone of subtle luxury, seamless coordination, and highly personalized care from the moment guests contact or visit us.

Key Responsibilities
Booking & Scheduling — Manage client appointments, reservation systems, and schedule inquiries efficiently to optimize daily specialist timetables.
Proactive Follow-Ups — Conduct polite post-service follow-ups, appointment reminders, and re-booking confirmations via phone or messaging with exceptional courtesy.
Gracious Reception — Greet incoming clients with quiet warmth, immediate attentiveness, and professional poise.
Ambiance & Workplace — Maintain an immaculate, tranquil, and sensory-balanced front-of-house atmosphere aligned with high-end luxury standards.
Consultative Care — Guide guests thoughtfully through our specialized service offerings, tailored to their individual preferences and needs.
Front Desk Operations — Handle check-outs, billing, client profiles,



and guest feedback with absolute discretion and attention to detail.

What We Look For
Age Limit — Below 30 years.
Presence & Demeanor — Soft-spoken, impeccably groomed, with a calm, well-spoken, and welcoming composure.
Languages — Qualified fluency in English & Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).
Core Competencies — High emotional intelligence, sharp organizational skills for managing bookings, and natural hospitality charm.
Experience — Open to freshers with exceptional communication or candidates with experience in luxury hospitality, customer care, or front desk administration.

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary — ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (commensurate with experience)

Location — Thiruvananthapuram (TVM)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
