Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, handle inquiries and complaints, maintain robust customer relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Any Degree
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Customer service experience preferred

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or relationship management preferred.

Working Hours: Full time

Reporting To: Customer Service Manager / Sales Manager

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Thrissur, Kerala (Thrissur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
