Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Cake Master to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing cakes, designing decorations, and ensuring high-quality bakery products while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
Design and decorate cakes based on customer requirements
Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all bakery items
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and baking area
Manage ingredients, stock, and kitchen equipment properly
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in developing current cake designs and flavors
Requirements:
Experience in cake baking and decoration
Creativity and attention to detail
Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valuable teamwork and time management skills
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
