Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers regularly to maximize lead conversion and improve customer experience.
Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
Meet daily calling, lead generation, and monthly conversion targets set by the company.
Resolve customer queries professionally while maintaining high service standards.
Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
