Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Advocate to manage the company's legal matters, ensure compliance with applicable laws, draft and review legal documents, and represent the company in legal proceedings. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labour, and consumer laws, preferably with experience in the jewellery or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
Represent the company before courts, tribunals, government authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.
Handle legal notices, consumer complaints, civil matters, labour disputes, and litigation.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including company, labour, GST,



consumer protection, and commercial laws.
Provide legal advice to management on business decisions and risk management.
Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants for ongoing cases.
Prepare legal opinions and documentation for business transactions.
Handle recovery matters, notices, and dispute resolution.
Maintain records of legal cases, agreements, licenses, and statutory documents.
Monitor changes in legal regulations affecting the jewellery business and advise management

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Corporate Law, Contract Law, Labour Law, Consumer Protection Act, and Commercial Laws.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal matters.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and legal documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
