Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to drive the school's vision, values, and overall excellence.
Lead academic and operational functions to ensure effective school management and student success.
Mentor and develop, and inspire staff while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee school policies, systems, compliance, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Drive the execution of academic planning, school improvement initiatives, and operational excellence through data-informed decision-making.
Build robust relationships with students, parents, staff, management, educational boards, and external stakeholders.




Ensure the successful planning and execution of school-wide programmes, events, and strategic initiatives.
Champion a safe, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment that promotes holistic

Qualifications and Skills
B.ED + Master’s in Education or a related field
Minimum 10 years experience out of which the last 5 years should be of working in a leadership role
Solid leadership, communication, organizational, and decision making skills
Proficient in English, Gujarati and Hindi
Well-versed with GSEB standards and policies
