Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom sessions in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and instructional materials.
Conduct assignments, assessments, and examinations.
Guide and mentor students in their academic and career development.
Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
Organize seminars, workshops, and industry interaction sessions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare management.
Perform academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the institute.
Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Qualification
Postgraduate Degree (PG) in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
Passion for teaching and student mentoring.
Teaching or healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.
