Responsibilities
Responsible for effective and secure operation and running of Sleeve Applicator Machine - (Geihong, Daseing, Xuyuan) with rated capacity
Responsible for operation of machine as per the standards of manufacturer, safety and statutory
To Ensure uninterrupted inputs i.e. bottles from cooling tunnel, with proper sleeve height, water free & run SA at rated speed
Cleaning of air blower Filters, cooling tunnel filters on regular basis as per schedule.
Responsible for ensuring zero rejection at final Inspection/ sleeve applicator
Responsible for preform, concentrate, closure & neck sleeve , body sleeve yields
Record the daily m/c log sheet, logbook & other documents that may be required.
Following maintenance procedures and activities as per the schedule daily/weekly/monthly/ annually.
Ensure placing of sleeve on bottle as per specification & proper shrinkage at shrink tunnel. & date code of the filled bottle yields.
