About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and drive measurable results for our clients through paid advertising. You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and passionate about delivering high-performing campaigns that generate leads, sales, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.

Requirements
Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.




Robust understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Business Manager, and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO is an advantage.
