Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, in coordination with engineering and design teams.
Client Communication: Support project communication with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.
Team Coordination: Work with HVAC engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to execute project tasks effectively.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and assist in implementing cost-control measures.
Quality Assurance: Ensure HVAC systems are installed and commissioned according to industry standards and client specifications.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards, keeping necessary documentation and permits.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and support mitigation efforts.
Procurement Support: Coordinate with procurement teams for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Reporting: Prepare and present project status updates, including progress, financials,



and key performance indicators.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving measures in project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.

· Proven experience in supporting or managing HVAC projects from start to finish.

· Solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices.

· Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

· Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
