Job Title: MIS ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, maintain, and analyze business data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring data accuracy, supporting management with insights, and maintaining the company's Management Information System (MIS).

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, verify, and update business data from different departments.
Analyze sales, inventory, purchase, and operational data.
Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other MIS tools.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
Create dashboards, charts, and performance reports for management.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, inventory, and operations teams for data collection.
Assist management in decision-making by providing timely and accurate reports.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.

Required Skills




Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF formulas, etc.).
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint).
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of ERP software or billing software.
Basic understanding of inventory and retail operations.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
