About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Software Quality Assurance Intern to support our QA team in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. This internship offers hands-on experience with real-world testing processes, tools, and agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in testing web and/or mobile applications to identify bugs, errors, and usability issues
Execute manual test cases and document test results clearly
Help create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test documentation
Report defects with detailed steps to reproduce and collaborate with developers on fixes
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA review meetings
Perform regression, functional, and basic performance testing
Learn and follow QA best practices and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes

Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field




Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA methodologies
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Azure, Jira, Bugzilla)
Basic knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
