Overseeing general maintenance of buildings, grounds, and physical assets. This involves coordinating repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
Procuring and supervising third-party service providers (security, cleaning, HVAC, etc.) and managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Ensuring all facilities meet statutory health, safety, and fire codes. Tracking and renewing operational licenses and permits.
Build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders, community groups, and decision-makers.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
