About the Role

We are looking for an all-rounder Content Creator and Strategist who deeply understands Instagram and knows what makes content perform. You will lead content research, ideation, scriptwriting, and shoot execution across diverse industries (e.g., lifestyle, wellness, education, tech).

The ideal candidate leverages AI tools efficiently for research and scripting while ensuring the final creative output is original, strategic, and high-quality.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Ideation: Analyze social media trends, perform market research, and create monthly content strategies (reels, carousels, stories, ads) tailored to client targets.
Scriptwriting: Write compelling, conversational short-form video scripts with solid hooks and transparent calls-to-action.
AI Integration: Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to streamline workflows, build custom prompt frameworks, and brainstorm concepts.
Shoot Supervision: Plan shoot schedules, brief clients and videographers, direct shoots, and occasionally appear on camera when needed.
Creative Supervision: Oversee video editing (pacing, transitions, captions) and design visual assets using Canva.




Performance Content: Analyze Meta Ads Library to script high-converting ad variations for performance marketing campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in social media content creation, scriptwriting, and strategy (agency experience preferred).
Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and short-form video dynamics.
Solid prompt-writing skills and experience using AI tools effectively.
Proficiency with Canva and working knowledge of short-form video editing principles.
Excellent communication skills in English; familiarity with Hindi/Hinglish content formats is a plus.
Hands-on experience directing shoots and willingness to appear on camera if required.
