Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to manage and process visa applications with a high level of accuracy and compliance. By minimizing errors and delays, the role supports superior customer experience and contributes to overall business performance.

Key Tasks/Activities/Roles:
Manage end-to-end visa processing, from application receipt to visa issuance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Collect, verify, and review visa applications and supporting documents in line with destination-specific visa requirements.
Coordinate submission of applications to relevant authorities, including embassies, consulates, and government agencies, and handle fee processing.
Maintain transparent communication with applicants by providing status updates,



requesting additional information when required, and addressing queries to ensure a positive customer experience.

Functional Skills:
Working on Visa application platform / portal
MS-Excel

Education:
Any Graduation

Experience:

2+years in the visa application department is required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
