Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead business growth and student admissions at our Vadakara branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, team management, and customer relationship building, preferably in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities
Drive student admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Generate new business prospects through field visits, referrals, partnerships, and educational institutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
Manage and mentor the Business Development team to achieve sales goals.
Monitor sales performance and ensure effective lead conversion.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities.
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Academic teams to maximize admissions.




Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (EdTech experience preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong team management and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel for business development activities.
