Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships and guide the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.
Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to booking.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.




Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and customer handover.
Support the team in resolving customer queries and concerns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills
Robust sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer relationship management.
Team coordination and leadership.
MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM knowledge.
Target-driven and self-motivated.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
Experience: 2–5 years in real estate sales.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
