Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Electrical & Maintenance team.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, compressors, and utilities.
Ensure smooth operation of PLC, VFD, control panels, sensors, and automation systems.
Troubleshoot electrical and automation-related issues to minimize downtime.
Monitor power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
Prepare maintenance schedules, SOPs, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Purchase departments.
Manage spare parts inventory and vendor development.
Drive continuous improvement, TPM, and 5S activities.
Required Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E. Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Valid Electrical Supervisor License (Preferred)
Experience
8–15 Years of experience in manufacturing industries.
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
