Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions abroad
Provide accurate information about eligibility criteria, entrance exams (NEET), fees, college, and admission process
Guide students in college selection based on merit, budget, and preferences
Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission formalities
Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents till admission confirmation
Coordinate with universities/medical colleges for updated admission information
Maintain proper student records and reports
Resolve student and parent queries in a skilled and empathetic manner
Stay updated with latest admission rules, regulations, and counseling procedures
Achieve assigned admission targets.
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree
Solid communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
