Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit quality candidates for digital marketing roles.
Expertise in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to interview coordination.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline across digital marketing domains.

Requirements:
Proven experience hiring for digital marketing roles (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Web Development, Sales, etc.).
Strong expertise in headhunting .
Must have a robust LinkedIn network and be proficient in leveraging LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and headhunting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
