Job description:

Technical Skills

Solid knowledge in any of the shell & tube heat exchangers/ pressure vessel/ condenser/ ACHE/ thermal fabrication processes.

Expertise in welding inspection, WPS/PQR/WPQT, NDT methods, hydrotest, pneumatic test, and dimensional inspection.

Familiarity with engineering drawings, GAD, BOMs, and fabrication tolerances.

Working knowledge of ASME Section VIII, Section IX, TEMA, ISO standards, and customer specifications.

Proficiency in Excel, and quality reporting tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Production Engineering,



or related discipline.

Additional certifications in Quality Management, Welding Inspection, NDT, or Lead Auditor preferred.

Team Leadership

Lead and develop QC inspectors, engineers, and documentation staff.

Allocate manpower and inspection resources based on production priorities.

Drive accountability, training, and technical competence within the quality team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
