Position: HR Executive / HR Generalist
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Industry: Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance
Manage payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Conduct employee engagement and retention activities
Support performance appraisal processes
Coordinate training and development programs

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing industry)
Positive knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently

Preferred Skills:
Experience with HR software or ERP systems
Recruitment experience for technical roles

Location: Bhuj, Kachchh, Gujarat
Salary: As per experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
