About Us
B&Y; Technologies is a growing digital marketing company offering services such as Website Development, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and more. We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Visit client locations to generate new business opportunities
Identify and approach potential clients through field sales activities
Explain company products and digital marketing services effectively
Generate leads through direct interaction and market research
Build and maintain solid client relationships
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales / Business Development
Must own a 2-wheeler for client visits
Must have a personal laptop
Fluent in Tamil and English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work independently in a field sales role
Preferred Skills
Experience in digital marketing sales is an added advantage
Basic understanding of online marketing services
Good presentation and client-handling skills
