Compensation & Growth
A competitive starting salary will be offered based on your current skills and experience.
Since this is a growth-oriented position, the initial salary may be modest, with performance-based salary reviews and increments.

Probation & Employment Contract
The first two months will serve as a probation and evaluation period.
During this time, your work quality, creativity, learning ability, professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork will be assessed.
Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will be offered a formal employment contract with long-term career opportunities within the company.
