Location: Raipur
Salary: 30,000–35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales activities for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in real estate sales and the ability to achieve business targets while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Develop and execute sales strategies.
Manage client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends.

Requirements
Graduate or Post Graduate.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Target-oriented with excellent client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
