We are looking for a responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to manage the housekeeping team and ensure the mall remains clean, secure, and well-maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily housekeeping operations across the mall.
Ensure cleanliness of common areas, washrooms, food court, and entrances.
Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a mall, commercial property, or large facility.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage teams and handle daily operations efficiently.
