Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented MIS Executive – Store cum Admin to manage MIS reporting, store documentation, inventory records, and day-to-day administrative activities. The candidate should have strong Excel skills and the ability to maintain accurate records while coordinating with different departments.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
Maintain data in Excel and ensure 100% accuracy.
Handle store inward and outward entries.
Maintain inventory and stock records.
Prepare stock reports and coordinate with the Purchase and Production departments.
Maintain GRN, issue slips, and other store documents.
Support office administration and record management.
Manage stationery and office consumables.
Perform data analysis and submit reports to management.




Assist in physical stock verification and documentation.

Key Skills Required
Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS)
Strong knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
Good data entry speed and accuracy
Inventory and stock record management
Documentation and filing
Basic knowledge of ERP (Preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Time management and attention to detail

Qualification
Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, or any Graduate)
Computer proficiency is mandatory.

Experience
Freshers with excellent Excel skills can apply.
0–3 years of experience in MIS, Store, Administration, or Data Management will be preferred.

Preference: If operationally suitable, female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
