Supervision & coordination with the Production Manager and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Report machine or equipment issues promptly to the Maintenance Team.
Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of cold room temperatures is done on a daily basis.
Ensuring high standards of hygiene & cleanliness are maintained.
Implementation of safety standards.
Communicate operational issues and suggest improvements to Senior Management.
Monitor returned chicken, investigate the reasons for returns, and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
Monitoring staff to ensure tasks are carried out effectively and on time.
Overseeing security operations to ensure all duties are carried out correctly.
Ensuring all vehicles are well-maintained and repaired as required, in coordination with the Transport Manager.
Conducting shop inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Handling digital marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
