We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding new employees.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
