Role Overview:

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our expansion in the US region. MBA Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of US Sales experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential prospects on:
LinkedIn
Reddit
Online communities/forums
Bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
Initiate natural, non-salesy conversations to build interest and trust
Convert conversations into:
Qualified leads
Scheduled discovery calls
Use AI tools to:
Draft and refine outreach messages




Personalize communication at scale
Improve response rates
Utilize automation tools to streamline outreach workflows
Track and manage leads using CRM or internal tracking systems
Continuously experiment and optimize messaging strategies

Experience:
MBA Freshers (with relevant exposure)
OR 1–2 years of experience in lead generation / online outreach

Required Skills:
Strong written communication skills
Ability to engage in conversational selling
Basic understanding of lead generation and sales funnel
Familiarity with online communities and user behavior

Technical & Tool Requirements:
Working knowledge of AI tools, such as:
ChatGPT
Claude
Other AI tools used for content and outreach
Familiarity with sales and automation tools, such as:
io (or similar lead generation tools)
LinkedIn automation tools
Basic workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Ability to use AI + tools to improve productivity and outreach quality
