Job Summary

The Quotations Executive is responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotations, coordinating with the sales, production, and accounts teams, and ensuring all customer requirements are incorporated into commercial proposals. The role requires solid communication, attention to detail, and positive knowledge of pricing, costing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit quotations, estimates, and commercial proposals to customers.
Review customer inquiries, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to understand requirements.
Coordinate with the production, planning, purchase, and accounts departments to obtain pricing and delivery information.
Maintain records of quotations, revisions, and customer communications.
Follow up with customers regarding quotation status, approvals, and purchase orders.
Update price lists, product details, and costing data as directed by management.
Ensure quotations are prepared accurately and submitted within the required timeline.




Assist the sales team in tender submissions and related documentation when required.
Generate reports related to quotations, orders, and pending inquiries.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong numerical, analytical, and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with pricing and commercial data.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of quotations, estimations, BOQs, and customer correspondence will be an added advantage.
