HR Recruiter – Diagnostics/Healthcare
Hiring HR Recruiter with experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital recruitment.
Minimum 4–12 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
Must have experience hiring Lab Technicians, Phlebotomists or allied healthcare professionals.
Solid hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and achieve hiring targets within timelines.
Experience working with diagnostic labs, hospitals, or healthcare staffing firms is preferred.
Location: Bangalore.
Pay: ₹15,130.65 - ₹50,000.00 per month
