Typical Responsibilities:
Oversee daily food court or QSR operations.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
Handle cash management, sales reporting, and cost control.
Resolve customer complaints and maintain smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies.
Common Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred).
2–5+ years of experience in QSR, food court, or restaurant management.
Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
