Job Title: Senior Site Execution Engineer / Deputy Project Manager (DPM)

Location: Any Project Site (Pan India)

Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned skilled with expertise in both site execution and billing for CPWD government building projects. The candidate should be capable of independently managing project execution, client billing, and coordination to ensure timely completion of works as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site execution activities as per drawings and CPWD norms.
Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, RA bills, and final bills in line with CPWD procedures.
Ensure accuracy of measurements (MB/Check Measurements) and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors for approvals and smooth execution.
Manage manpower, materials, and resources to meet project timelines.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory standards.
Review and interpret tender documents, BOQs, and drawings.
Track project progress and prepare DPRs/WPRs/MPRs.
Handle audits, reconciliation, and financial documentation related to projects.
Provide technical support,



resolve site issues, and ensure timely handover of completed works.

Key Requirements
Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in execution and billing of CPWD/government building projects.
Strong knowledge of CPWD norms, DSR, rate analysis, and contract conditions.
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and billing software.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Willing to work at any project site across India.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
