Provide day-to-day technical support for all IT functions within the office.
Ensure smooth functioning of computers, printers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
Handle and resolve software-related queries raised by team members in a timely manner.
Support the organization with basic to advanced editing and designing tasks as required.
Track, prioritize, and resolve IT issues efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to work.
