Design & Technical Oversight: Develop concepts, create/review blueprints, ensure compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability goals.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Understand client needs, present proposals, act as a primary contact, and manage expectations.
Project Management: Control timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and constructability.
Mentorship: Supervise junior architects, provide technical guidance, and foster career development.
Technical Expertise: Serve as a resource for complex problem-solving, code analysis, and production documentation.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture.
Licensure: Licensed Architect (preferred).
Experience: Proven track record, often 4+ years, leading complex projects.




Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D modelling, BIM, rendering.
Soft Skills: Robust leadership, communication, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
Knowledge: Building codes, construction methods, and sustainability principles.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
