We are looking for a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Executive with at least 1 to 2 year of experience to support day-to-day marketing activities, campaign execution, lead generation, and brand promotion. The role involves coordinating with sales teams, managing digital content, and assisting in market research.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
Support digital marketing activities, including social media posting, website updates, and email marketing.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports.
Coordinate with designers, vendors, and agencies for marketing materials.
Assist in lead generation activities and follow-up coordination with sales.
Manage and update CRM databases, customer lists, and campaign trackers.
Prepare marketing content such as brochures, flyers, product descriptions, and presentations.
Track marketing campaign performance and share weekly/monthly reports.




Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all materials.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 year experience in marketing (digital/field/brand).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Google Analytics preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive analytical and reporting abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Creativity and willingness to learn current marketing trends.

Additional Preferences (Optional)
Experience with social media content creation.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
