Key Responsibilities
Safety Management
Accident & Incident Management
Statutory & Legal Compliance
Ensure compliance with:

o Factories Act

o State Safety Rules

o ESI, Workmen Compensation

o Fire & Emergency regulations
Maintain all statutory registers, safety records, and inspection reports.
Coordinate with Factory Inspector, Fire Department, and other authorities.
Safety Training & Awareness
EHS Systems & Audits
Develop and maintain EHS management systems and SOPs.




Conduct internal safety audits and risk assessments.
Support ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 audits (if applicable).
Monitor compliance of contractors and vendors with safety standards.
Fire & Emergency Preparedness.
Workplace Management

Qualification & Experience
Diploma / Degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Safety, or Environmental Engineering
Mandatory: NEBOSH / ADIS / DIS or equivalent certification
3 - 8 years’ experience in manufacturing / heavy engineering / industrial plants.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
